6 Ways to De-stress Before the Wedding

As it gets closer to the big day, no matter how much you think you've got it together, stress becomes inevitable. You can't avoid it, you can't run away from it, you can't put it off. If there's one certainty about wedding planning it's that stress will come for you eventually. Since alcohol doesn't solve everything, I put together a list of ways to really relax and de-stress. Golden Birthday

I was very young when I first learned what a golden birthday was---when you turn the age of your birth date---and ever since that day I have been anxiously waiting for that birthday to arrive.
